1. The Service

CyberPrep provides practice questions and adaptive study tools for IT and cybersecurity certifications. Content is for exam preparation and does not guarantee a passing result.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure. You must be old enough to consent to data processing in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not scrape, redistribute, or resell the question bank or explanations.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication or access other users’ data.
• Do not use the service to break any applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

The question bank, explanations, and platform are the property of CyberPrep. Your account grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own study.

5. Payment & Refunds

Paid plans (monthly, annual, lifetime) unlock the full platform. Statutory EU withdrawal rights apply where required; contact legal@cyberprep.pro for refund requests.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, CyberPrep is not liable for exam outcomes or indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
